DO NOT RENT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I am one of those people who never writes a bad review, but this experience requires it. Let me start off by saying I have rented here many times before without issue, back when Chris was working here. Now that Lisa is in charge, this place is AWFUL. Listen to Kevin's review. If I had seen it earlier I would have been much more careful about this hellhole. I rented a trailer on Sunday 8/13/17. I triple-checked with the agent that dropping off after hours was ok. She assured me it was. After moving, I dropped the trailer off at approx. 8:45pm directly in front of the store with the rest of the Haul equipment. The next morning I noticed a charge for an additional TWO DAYS worth of rental. I called their "call center" at 10am and 3pm only to be told the same thing: the manager, Lisa, will call you back and figure out what is going on. Tuesday 6pm, still no call from Lisa, the worst store manager in the history of jobs. I called again and this time was transferred to customer service. 1 hour 15 minutes and 8 agents later, a complaint/objection had been filed. I drove an hour to the actual store location and spoke with the same agent I worked with on Sunday. She said she couldn't help me as she didn't work mornings. I took Lisa's cell phone number from the inside of the store where it had been publicly posted. I called her and she picked up. I asked if it was Lisa, and she immediately hung up on me and did not answer my subsequent call attempts. I left a voicemail. Still no call back. Apparently she refuses to be held accountable for her awful service and complete lack of capability. I have no idea if this will be resolved, but I am terrified that, like Kevin, I will be charged thousands of dollars as the days go by and no one resolves this issue. I cannot drive back to the store location until Friday because of work. Someone please fire this woman and put someone capable in charge.

Called for assistance from this location after being told the location near me could not assist me and they transferred me telling me that seeing I was already dealing with the previous location that they will just forward me to them. Instead of actually talking to me, the agent raised her voice and transferred me without even asking what I was looking for in regards to assistance. Luckily, I eventually came in contact with an agent out of the Boston location that was able to modify my reservation to fit what I was looking for. At least some franchises have good costumer service agents; time for Salisbury to restaff.

I had three Uboxes that this location was supposed to deliver in mid June. They did deliver three, except one of them wasn't mine. Weeks later, after spending hours on the phone with customer service and getting yet another incorrect Ubox delivered, they discovered that the correct Ubox was sitting in their warehouse in Salisbury the whole time. They charged my credit card for thousands of dollars of duplicate charges. Two other people had their boxes shipped from Arizona and delivered to my house - I'm sure they wouldn't be happy if they knew U-Haul delivered their goods to a stranger. I'm still being charged rent for the uboxes that aren't mine and they won't come pick up their last ubox. When you call your call will go to some central number somewhere where no one will know anything. Zero accountability, zero follow-through. Hopefully posting this will get someone's attention.

By far the best U-haul I have dealt with. I had to store my belongings there for 3 years while my family was out of the area and never had any issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

Good prices, always have plenty of storage units and trucks to rent. Staff could use a little extra training, not all of them, just a couple.
