This particular U-Haul company didn't know what the heck they were doing. I was able to get a refund for more than half of my rental. Make sure you read the fine details and make calls prior to picking up your U-Haul.

lady was an absolute pleasure to deal with really went out of her way ... so much so I will be dealing with them in the future on an unrelated buisness venture ...just all in all the type of people u want to be in buisness with...she must have been the owner cause u just don't get service like this from hourly employees
