I could not be happier with the friendly and professional service I received from this storage facility. The prices are very reasonable and I love the 24/7 access. Best of all I can make payments online! Thanks again!

I've been renting for 7 years on and off and never have had a problem now it seems to be a big problem to get a hold of someone to ask a queetion or pay a bill. The inconvenience is frustrating and if you happebto miss a payment and the lock u'r unit it takes 2 or more days to get unlocked it was great now just a big problem I think I am gonna move

The people who run this place are great. The previous person and the current person have both been great. The facility is fine. The down side is that you really have to manage your billing. Keep track of all your payments, use checks and track them. Every month we have re-sort the bill. The people who run the place are more than happy to help you.... but do you really want to have sort the bill every month? Just the time and tracking from our end is annoying. At one point we started the contract over, thinking this would fix the problem... but it did not. The person who does the billing is in California. I don't know why they cant sort the books out or get it straight. We have been at this location for about a year... and every month we have to deal with getting an incorrect bill and spend time sorting it out. I guess we should move our stuff to a new place.
