Reserved a small box truck for 4pm. When I got there, I was told the truck I wanted hadn't been returned yet. I said give the 10' truck sitting outside then. He called someone and then said OK. I paid a $60 deposit plus $14 for insurance. Went to start up the the truck and noticed the back door was open. Tried to close it and it was stuck. He said I'll have to come back at 6pm for the truck I wanted. I came back at 6pm and the truck was just being returned. I used it and only put 3 miles on it. My charge should've been roughly $20 for the truck and $3 for mileage and he says he's only refunding $25 of my $60 because the other $12 is for "taxes." I objected a little and he threw up his arms, like take it or leave it. There was a line of ppl behind me, so, I said whatever. Be ready to be ripped off if you go here and the guy is really hard to understand. He's nice if you just want cigarettes or scratch tickets, but, the Uhaul part is a pain in the ass.

Horible experience. Had a reservation here and they tried to charge me 500 for,my,in town rental. They said it would,be 300 for the trailer with insurance,and then 200 deposit. The manager started yelling at me over the phone and,told,me to,go,somewhere else and hung up on me. This location should be shut down. I will,be filing a complaint with corporate.

The dealer started cussing at me after hanging up on me. I called back n he said I don't have anything what do you want then started swearing at me n hung up... don't waist your time.

Selling small box for $3 and large for $5 (price will differ for every1 depending on his mood). on Uhaul official website it shows small standard box for $0.73 and large for $1.39. After purchasing when i checked the website price and mentioned the same to them, the owner got really angry and said please Go to another store if i have any problems. so i returned those boxes and went to the next nearest UHaul store(not dealer) and purchased the same boxes for the prices advertise on the website. One person was nice but the owner was too rude and has no sense to greet/ talk to a customer.

Would never rent a u haul from here. Windows on haul were completely iced over and we asked to borrow an ice scrapper, owner of u haul got angry and told me I no longer could rent the u haul. Owner doesn't even speak English.
