If I could rate this place lower I would. The service is always incredibly slow, but today it went beyond that. The "support manager", Michael, refused to sell me cigarettes because my girlfriend did not have her ID. Mind you, I am 38 and she is 31. She left and I went back in alone and he still refused to sell them to me. I asked if I could speak with his manager and he said "I'm the highest ranking employee here." I then asked for his last name so I could call someone about my experience and he told me he did not have a last name. I understand if he was just following procedures, that wasn't the issue, the issue was how rude this person was. How do you get in a management role with such a terrible attitude? No wonder everyone moves so slow in there; the moral has to be extremely low with a negative condescending manager leading the team...

This corner Wal-Mart store on 104th in Thornton has the rudest managers ever. It is dirty and not stocked well. The chocolate milk was expired and they were selling it. Most of the people who work there must hate their work. The food stamp debit card machine except a food item and next time it won't except the same food item. Don't bother. Ugh!!

I would love for this to be my daily fuel-stop as it's cheaper and much nicer then the other station in the area but the employees are rude and don't even know the difference between a fuel card and credit card. It's as if none of them were ever trained!

It's a Walmart gas station. Nothing here to dislike. They have a cool make your own shake machine.
