Nobody knew how to do a Uhaul rental when I got there, spent 45 mins in this busy mini-mart basically in the way of people just trying to buy gas. Owner bumbled through the process over the phone even though I had done all the paperwork online already. Trailer was not properly maintained and blew a tire, leaving us stranded for 3 hours on the side of the highway.
