Our salesperson, Craig, was very personable and he didn't pressure us at all. Our experience at Thompson's Toyota was wonderful, they worked with our budget very well for a used 2016 Nissan Rogue. We ended up with a little bit of a high monthly payment, but they definitely made it possible for us to get the car we wanted.

If you are looking for a Toyota this is the place! Pricing here is much better than anywhere in greater Sacramento area. Excellent customer service everywhere service and sales. They actually have an outdoor mini golf that you can play on and local trails that you can walk while you wait for your car to get serviced. Dog friendly 100%. They actually have little dog bowls around and they sometimes walk around offering treats to owners. Starbucks machine is awesome and they have plenty of complimentary drinks such as sodas and cold bottled water in a huge fridge. Huge fireplace during the cold weather in the waiting area!

We drove from Redding to Thompsons Toyota and were in and out in a hour.  Nick was very helpful and polite over the phone and in person with every question we had.  I would recommend his service to anyone who is looking to buy any new car from Thompsons Toyota in Placerville CA.
