Russell, Luke and will definately go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied, I have been renting from u haul for years and I have no complains with Russell, he is a kind individual who will make you feel at ease, will not rent from anyone else.

I booked online and they had everything ready for pick up and also instruction given for drop up..... always fill up little more gas when return as if it's little less they will charge for gas and end up charging more.

Fast service. Dude did forget he had trailer I needed but I told him I saw it on site. Uhaul Corp online system on the other hand is crap

I am one very unhappy customer I returned a cargo van everything was clean the inside the outside there was nothing wrong with it when I parked it in uhaul parking lot the same location I picked it up at and dropped it off. I get a bill that says there is a cleaning charge and call the manager and he basically told me I'm out the money... They are a rip off and they tack on charges because they can. This is totally unprofessional and a rip off do not rent from these people unless you plan on spending more money for whatever they feel like charging you....
Only gave it a 1 star because I had to in order to post my review
DO NOT RECOMMEND USING UHAUL BENSALEM
