TERRIBLE, kept my 500lb package for almost 4 weeks, refused to deliver, told if i want i can pick up from their warehouse 3 hr away. terrible service! chris is worst representative

Horrible service. Package sits at local terminal for a while for no good reason. Try to call them and wait on hold forever, only to get someone who gives useless answers. When you get this, you need to keep pushing and asking for a supervisor. If you complain enough, then they finally say you'll get the package tomorrow. Maybe. Pick any other carrier if you have the choice.

If there's a 0 star, I'll love to give that. Bad attitude, no patience, and encountered problem every single time I deal with them. Scheduling appointment with them was somehow very difficult for them to do because they always end up scheduling different date that I wanted.

I observed a shady truck at 9 pm hit and smash up a parked car and keep going- no license plate - just a truck number 19261. Very unprofessional for any commercial driver. Wonder who was operating that vehicle and what goods they were transporting that they took off in such a hurry on 4/5 in point breeze Philly?!

Was not very happy with my experience with them. Was told i would be notified of a shipment so i can arrange for delivery as well as find out when it was being transferred.  Took 4 calls to find out it had been transferred to another carrier 2 hours away,  when i live 5 minutes away from this bensalem location.
