The General Manager was really helpful and got us up and running pretty fast. I see quite a lot of bad reviews for this place, but they were fast and courteous with us. We rented a 15' truck for almost the whole day and it came out to be a little over $100, which was a pretty nice deal.

had a very painless trailer return, after a short wait. the gentleman even offered to remove and stow my hitch in the trunk, service exceeded my expectations!

The staff was horrible! I was asking one of the staff members a question if I could use the phone there to call a cab as my phone had died on my way over there to drop off the truck.  As I was talking literally in the middle of my sentence he walked away.  Literally turned his back to me and said as he was walking "ask the manager" before I could even finish asking my question.  The truck had less than a quarter tank of gas when I picked it up, and the cigarette outlet didn't work when I plugged my phone charger in it.
