I reserved a cargo van and went to the store on time to pick it up. I had to wait in the lobby for 10-15 minutes because no employees were around. The employee finally showed up. He took about 30 more minutes filling out paperwork. He was unprofessional and rude. I returned the van a couple hours later after moving the bed with no issues. Today I look at my bank statement and they charged me twice! I called and the lady who answered basically told me too bad and to call my bank!

What can you say about a U-Haul store. It gets you all the tools you need to move yourself and the service is quick. In and out in under 5 minutes.
