THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've had in my entire life. My mom even warned me about this place from her previous experience and told me they were shady. So I rented a truck and on god, I drove 24 miles total to load a mattress, brought it back early and was charged the next day a late fee which they said they would refund because they made a mistake the never refunded me, and also, I didn't inspect the truck but they said I damaged the bumper which on god, looked like someone barely backed into a corner wall or something but on GOD I didn't hit s***. She admitted 2 woman rented the truck before me and had it for 2 days and they when returning it said "brought it back in one piece, we didn't damage anything" *cough* red flag. Thanks for not doing your job the first time and pinning me to pay for someone else's mistake. What should have been 40$ ended up costing me $200. The lady was extremely rude to and I hope karma comes back and gets her because I'm a struggling single father that's doing everything he can to scrape by and somewhere down the line, I paid for someone else's mistake. Idc what excuses she says. I know what I did and didn't do.
They always have what I need to rent most of the time. They are starting to over charge every time i go there and return what I rent. Their customer service really needs worked on! They getting very rude and they take up more n more of your time checking you out and it cuts into your rental time. watchout for this and if you have a call problem a problem they put you on speaker so everyone in there hears your call . like we heard one of the customers call 2 days ago and lady on phone workerstarted getting rude to customers there in store. Customers seam to get her temper alot. Mainly when you DON'T get your deposit back or they over charge you. I sure will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.
I have a storage unit there and it is a great secure place to store my household stuff that I don't have room for. It is temperature controlled and they have units on the bottom floor and also, at a reduced price, a top floor. You have to have a pin number to enter the building and there are several cameras that keep an eye on every door to each and every unit as well as the entrance door. They check the units every night to make sure there isn't anything illegal going on, such as units being used that are supposed to be open and people aren't doing anything dangerous in the unit housing. I feel like my stuff is safe and sound until I can get a place to put it!! Definitely recommend this place!!
Went in to get a truck. Guy said sorry we are fully booked. I go to another place and he looks it up in a computer and said there would be a truck available at 1 at this location. SO he made a reservation for me to pick up the truck. I had to move.stuff that day and was at a loss. Thank goodness this guy at another business helped me. All the guy had to say was I don't have one until one . Instead he lied because I am assuming it was just too much for him to help a customer.
The customer service was horrible, they tried to charge me saying i drove the truck that i rented to move to my new place over 20 miles more than my trip which was only 12 miles in total I will be contacting my attorney to take action against this. When i disputed the charge they never responded to me and sent a letter stating that i owe $45 instead of 15 because of a late fee. There wouldn't have been a late fee if you responded to my dispute in a timely manner. Will never use this service again. Absolute Garbage!!
Very helpful group of people!! Were having computer/technical difficulties but were trying everything to go above and beyond. The 2 helping me were DJ and the female manager unfortunately didn't get her name Very smooth and easy transaction which helped with the stresses of moving 4 days before Christmas
Nettie alone gets 5 stars for being wonderful when I came in to rent a truck. The cargo van I got ran great and was very clean. When I brought it back, though, nobody told me I didn't have to stay in it like the sign says. The lady just asked me to please pull under the tarp and disappeared inside with a small child, actively eating a bag of chips. I feel foolish now for sitting under that tarp with the hot sun on me for 15 minutes before a nice young man came out and told me all I had to do was leave the key in it.
Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable, found the time to not only answer every question I had but catered to my specific needs, even fit me in for an installation! Even sat down to chat with me while I was waiting. Warm smiles, kind demeanors - couldn't recommend a better location!
1.7 stars on google maps but 4 stars on google? Never renting u haul again. Employees have 0 customer service. I rented a car in 1/3 the time it took me to rent a $15 trailer. You have to do their job on your phone at the counter right in front of them. Then upload photos constantly after check out. I felt like a 2 year old checking out calling my emergency contact. They are also an invasion of privacy. After its over they know what car you drive,photos of your id uploaded to a cloud somewhere and talked on the phone to someone close to you. I just can't get over the amount of work a customer has to do on their smart phone including uploading photos of the rental all while the employees sit around and watch using a computer that is old and 5 times slower. If you dont have a smartphone or trouble getting a connection forget it.
I had a wonderful experience at the store. I haven't moved in over 30 years so really had no clue what I needed as far as boxes and material go. The young lady working the counter was wonderful and ever so helpful. I couldn't ask for more!
