Delivering my packages my neighbors!!! To me that's a careless mistake. I actually saw the truck outside and and then a delivery confirmation but no package for us. I had to bother my neighbor and see if she had it. This makes it really difficult to trust UPS. Earlier this year, my new computer was delivered to my next door neighbor and she brought it to me. Thank goodness for my honest neighbors. I do hope this location can address this issue and improve efficiency. They're really great usually. It seems like I'm not the only one this has happened to.

My husband and I have had to ship a couple packages and have always used this location to do so! The staff is always very friendly, accommodating, and there to help you get the best price on shipping - we had to ship several different sized toys over Christmas and the cashier/intake worker helped us combine them all into one so that we could get the lowest price...now that's GREAT service in my opinion!

These people are thieves...they have lost two straight shipments from the same shipper.  UPS refuses to track the packages down and a month later, my shipper is having to ship via FedEx because UPS cannot be trusted to handle their products.  Everything shows as getting to Rockledge and then disappearing...

Great place for friendly service, and convenient to the local neighborhoods. This is a UPS Depot, so don't expect the Ritz hotel! Prices for shipping UPS have gone up steeply. Costed $17.34 to send a half pound shoe-box sized package from Florida to Iowa regular ground!
