Went to my appointment, driving 30 minutes one way, and arrived to find out that they did not have the hitch in stock as promised.  Basically got an oh sorry, it's not my fault, see ya later.  Whatever, Will avoid using them for the rest of my life unless owner or someone makes contact.  Recommend making them do a physical check of what you need rather than going off their inventory system which is obviously incorrect.
