I have been a member of and/or worked out at several other CrossFit gyms and CrossFit Elmira is the best by far. What makes it great is the quality of coaching, knowledge level of the coaches and the emphasis on proper form and technique (they don't want members with injuries!). I have personally experienced the benefits of CrossFit including: getting me in shape faster than any other type of workout or sport; improvement in all components of fitness (strength, conditioning, flexibility/mobility); increased stamina; and a better sense of well-being and confidence. 

Not to be understated is the welcoming atmosphere and friendliness of the members at this gym. "CrossFit is a Community" and you get to experience this full force at U Lifestyle Fitness. I love it here!

Great coaching staff who spend time during classes to give one on one tips and who keep you motivated time and time again. Fantastic community atmosphere. Very welcoming and so much fun!

I highly recommend CrossFit Elmira! I love how the trainers can work with people of any age, even us fifty-plus newbies!!  I'm achieving my twin goals of getting fit and avoiding injury. Thank you for your guidance and patience Kirby.

The members are really friendly and encouraging. The coaches are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and always willing to take some extra time to develope and improve members weaknesses.
