We used U-Pack twice to move cross-country. Both times we definitely got value. On this last experience the local delivery guy in OR was super quick and very accurate in locating the trailer. Also they delivered and retrieved it promptly. However the local driver in TN was not as experienced and had a hard time putting the trailer in a useful spot. Also they let it sit for an entire extra day before removing. Fortunately, it was not causing anyone any harm this time. The trailer itself offers bulkhead attachment points which worked well enough but it would be nice if they provided some kind of hook or latch to make tying down the load easier.

I got a quote online. Somehow I screwed up and put in the wrong zip code. When I called AND emailed, freaking out, both the email rep and phone rep were very gracious, letting me know "the system is known to do that." (I'm sure it was my fault, but it was nice of them to take the blame.)

I had the cubes delivered to my secure storage place. They picked a perfect location: not too far from my lockup, and (most importantly) in a spot that pleased the storage company.
Once we had it loaded, they were able to come out the next day, on a weekend, to pick it up. 

Transit time was FAST! Coast to coast in 4 days. We needed it stored for a few weeks and that wasn't a problem.

If I ever have to move again, I will absolutely use U-Pack again. And I will definitely recommend them to everybody I know.

Recently moved from Portland to Denver. It was really great to have the trailer dropped off early so we could take our time loading it. I also loved the ability to track the trailer in transit on my phone. We paid more for a guaranteed delivery date and the trailer arrived at 9am that day as promised! Overall, it was a great experience and much less expensive than hiring long distance movers. Would definitely recommend if you are wiling to do some of the heavy lifting.

We used U-Pack to move from Oregon to Mississippi and it was a fantastic experience! We will definitely use it next time we do a big move! The trailer arrived as scheduled. U-pack was very responsive throughout the process and I was able to get updates about the location of our trailer was as it checked in to different terminals. The drivers on both ends gave a courtesy call to offer an exact time for delivery. I do recommend calling for your order, as I got a much lower price on the phone than from the internet quote. Also, I recommend packing your belongings with care (or hire loaders) as things do shift quite a lot in transit. The driver that delivered the trailer to us explained how to use it and made some recommendations about packing.

No move is easy no matter how short. We moved from the Coast of Oregon to Branson Mo. U-Pack made it as smooth as one could ask. Our only complaint would they move too fast and were ready to deliver our trailer a day before we were expecting it. If my kids let ever let me move again I will be using U-Pack forsure. Thanks guys you helped take a lot of the stress out of our move.
