Never ever will give any money to this company. Scheduled an appt with the estimator Tim. He tried to push up the appointment twice, first strike. He came in less than enthused to be in my house (maybe because I ruined his day by not allowing him to push up the appointment twice) second strike. Then when I had to take an important phone call really quick, he couldn't stand it and packed his stuff and left. They are expensive anyway and from th e looks of the other reviews, shouldn't be in business taking peoples money.......BAD attitude, BAD service. G.F.Y.

Despite their "wholesome and caring family business" branding, the men in All My Sons sales and customer service departments are deceitful, disrespectful, and cold-hearted human beings who do not deserve your business. I had a move scheduled between 2 and 4:30 PM and when they called to say they wouldn't arrive until closer to 5 they warned me that I would legally have to pay overtime if the move went past 7. I told him it shouldn't be a problem because my move was a small job and shouldn't take the full 2 hour minimum. Well, they showed up at 5:30 PM instead and even though we ended the move well before 7:00 PM they still charged me for 30 minutes of overtime because my two hour mandatory window technically went past 7 (EVEN THOUGH NOBODY WAS WORKING AT THAT TIME). And even though it was entirely their fault that the move went late they did absolutely nothing to fix the situation. No apology, no waiving of fees, no acknowledgement that THEY were the ones who messed up. They shouldn't have scheduled me for that afternoon if the moves were going to go that late...plain and simple. I know I will move plenty of times in the future and I will NEVER again use this company and I've made sure all my family and friends know it too. Regardless of how good of movers they are, I refuse to do business with such a despicable company.

These clowns showed up at 4:00 in the evening in December, sun sets at 4:30. I should have told them to come back tomorrow, but I wanted to be in the new house. We packed up their truck and my sons truck and drove an hour in pouring rain in the dark. When we arrived, they were intimidated by a gravel driveway. So they pussyfooted around until they messed up my neighbor's plants & driveways. They managed to get stuck (no one else has ever got stuck). At this point they decide to ferry my things back and forth in a van. My mattress and the guest room mattress both had mud on them when we received them. My curio cabinet has a piece of wood trim missing. They drove up and down my driveway so much, now it is a mess. They broke the "feet" on my sectional sofa, which in turn gouged my hardwood floor. I requested "adult" drivers for the second day. Nope, same kids. They did not return or ask about a third day. Neither did I. This weekend, 3/17/17 I finally moved the last of my stuff. Save your money, you'll be better off hiring some high school kids.

Great experience moving our office today in 80 degree weather!  You showed up on time, hustled and moved some very heavy furniture down stairs with a professional attitude.  Great communication with no hickups.  Thank you for covering every piece of furniture too.  We will call you again soon.
