They have different option like terminal to terminal, terminal to home or home to terminal. The service is good and smooth. But prices can be bit cheaper. That extra money goes for peace of mind.

We had an excellent experience with U-Pack.  They kept us informed during all phases of the process.  With text messages, they alerted us to delivery and pick up dates and times.  They showed up when they were supposed to.  They were reasonably priced.  We're very happy!

I think you can say what time you want them to drop off pick up for an extra charge.  I expected them between 9 and 5 on the truck drop off but the local Cleveland company actually until 8PM which it a little difficult to schedule helpers.  Other than that it was a good experience on both ends.  I'd use them again.  They were the least expensive that I found too.

I recently moved from Ohio to Nevada.  U-Pack provided great service for my move.  They kept in constant communication throughout the process and the items arrived in excellent condition earlier than expected.  I opted to load my 2 cubes at the distribution center in Parma, Ohio and then once delivered to Las Vegas, Nevada, the U-Pack team arranged for drop off at my home.  In Las Vegas, U-Pack driver Harvey was very kind and professional.  On the day of delivery he arranged to drop and pick up the cubes as soon as they were unloaded by my hired movers.  Due to HOA restrictions this was a welcome relief as I didn't have to worry about being in violation by having the cubes in the small cul-de-sac that I live in.  Harvey delivered my 2 cubes to my home and made sure they fit in the area of my driveway so as not to block the street or neighbour's cars.  Harvey was prompt, courteous and personable!  I am so glad that I decided to go with U-Pack for this move.  They made this a smooth and stress-free relocation from Ohio to Las Vegas, Nevada!
