I’ve been coming to this location for over 8 years and recently i had received the WORST customer service I’ve ever received from any branch to make matters worse the terrible customer service came from the branch manager! I went to the bank as i normally do to deposit my cash and the branch manager was beyond rude with me to the point where she decided to argue with me through the window in the drive thru. Never been to a bank and the employees got upset because they had to count cash. If the manager was rude like that i can only image how the employees treat you. Would never recommend to ANYONE.
Joy was awesome at this location!! I was just opening my first account so I can’t attest to the rest of the bank, but she spent extra time from her usual duties to help me open my account and deposit my check- when they easily could have told me I had to come back another day! I really appreciate the extra effort Joy.:
This was previously a helpful, efficient branch when Mary and Walter were here. I don't know where they went or why, but since they've been gone service has gone down the drain. The lobby is perpetually closed, the drive-thru lines are long and slow. You can't get through the line to handle your business in less than 30 mins.
My father has been loyal member of this bank. He had few question to ask the banker. There was one person ahead of us. That person was talking with that person more than 40 minutes. And seriously???? How many kids you have and all!????? Talking leisurely with people ; which is not even related to bank and any question other while other person is in line. I’m freaking waiting outside more than 40 minutes and they are not even asking why I came for and all. This is probably the worst branch I ever been. Try to learn more about customer service and satisfaction.
I've banked at this location for years when US Bank had the 5 star guarantee... The staff have become rude and complacent... I only use ATM at this location... Glad they have 2 now.
Mary, Walter, Dustin, and the rest of the Star are all awesome at this location. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, as a bonus there is a branch located right across the street from my residence. Highly recommended.
I understand Bank policy and because I am a businessman and trying to save money on myself I don't think it's fair that I should get charged or have my accounts closed because of one or two fraudulent checks that I get from investing I don't know why Banks do that but that but not every business out here in the world is a scam artist but the people who are being honest I don't think they should have their accounts closed because of what one bad check
