I needed to change some foreign currency to dollars.  Despite not having an account, they were friendly and professional.  That policy is changing soon but I can't fault their customer service.

I have been with Wells Fargo for the last 16 years in Portland and was treated very well, recognized by the employees in my branch and had savings, checking and mortgage accounts. Moved back to Billings in January and went to the downtown main bank to change addresses and setup an additional savings account. Manager greeted me at the door, set me up with a personal banker and was very professional and friendly.

Wells Fargo? You mean Hells Fargo. Had nothing but horrible experiences with them. Once I pay off my loan I will never come to them again.  Disappointing to say the least.
