US Bank is the worst Bank ever! They took my money during the pandemic every month until it was all gone and now they keep charging me. I wasn't able to make it to the bank to even out the money so they couldn't keep charging me worst bank ever this is utterly ridiculous. No one should ever bank with US Bank!

Went in for a withdrawal and Brian helped me. He seemed to be new but he was phenomenal! It’s nice to walk into a handsome positive young man. He’s a keeper, U.S Bank!

I was being helped at the counter and adjacent to me, was Nariska helping another patron. She was very sweet and welcoming, while unfortunately the patron was just the opposite for no reason. I commend  patience and commitment to her friendly and respectful customer service through the rude and very unnecessary comments from a patron who was having simply having a bad day. She concluded by saying god bless with a smile. Moral of the story is that this world needs more smiles and friendly faces like Nariska!!  Mark who also took care of  me was wonderful. He was very friendly and efficiently helped me with what I needed!

Staff bolted up the drop box on Friday. No warning no phone call  .We have been using the drop box for 25 years. Very disappointing treatment from a big bank.
