US Bank never fails to provide excellent service. Patty, the branch manager, is especially kind and helpful. My whole family banks here -- my parents trust US Bank with more complicated banking, and say that they also have great experiences, but from my personal experience as a student US Bank and the Lake Oswego branch have been amazing and convenient. Getting debit cards was a breeze and totally free when I wanted to have more than one (for rent, personal, and academic purchases). And, again, you can't go wrong when Patty is helping you. I've had such consistently good experiences here over the 6 years I've banked with them that I thought it was time to tell the world.
