First of all the manager did the math incorrectly over the phone when giving the exchange rates for my foreign currency.  When I got to the branch, the woman taking care of me had no idea what British Pounds were nor could distinguish them from Czech Korunas..she literally asked, "Is this all from the same country?"  Well, it says right on the paper money where it is from...She also thought it was more important to 
s-l-o-w-l-y train the younger girl working on how to exchange the money, even though I said I was in quite a hurry.  She promised 6 minutes, but she seemed to be purposely taking her time; it took 25 minutes.  I was patient anyway.  Not to mention that every time I walk inside this branch I almost faint and my head immediately pounds because they love to set the thermostat at extreme temperatures, like an old person's stuffy home.  Let me add that I was charged twice for the foreign exchange fee.  I called and the 2 women argued with me insisting that I was wrong; finally they realized I was correct and fixed it.

I like Marcela for her great services but as in for the Becky ...well she had " I have no ideea" on her lips today.
