I recently moved here from out of state and found this bank was the closest to me. Everytime I got to this bank there is a long line and not enough people to help out. They arent welcoming and friendly like the US bank I had been going to before I moved.

RUDE CLASSLESS IMBECILES THAT DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. BEWARE OF US BANK. THEY TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH, I WATCHED A LINE OF PEOPLE WHO BANK WITH THEM GET TREATED LIKE CRIMINALS ONE AFTER ANOTHER. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A BANK IN MORENO VALLEY. WORD OF ADVICE SEND THESE FOOLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!
