Best experience I have ever had at a us bank! I got helped by Deja and she was super amazing!! She even shared a kit Kat with me and we all had a nice chat about candy bars. Definitely made my whole day! If you don't bank here you need to and ask doe Deja!

I have been with US bank since 2007 and never complained before but they’ve lost my business. Their customer service lacks, mistakes made, just over it. In drive thru window today the gal tells me some script on improving their security while asking for my personal information over the intercom drive thru service with 3 other cars. If you cannot critically think as to why that’s an inappropriate way to ask security information to improve your security then I cannot trust you with my money.

Fast, efficient, and friendly! Bridget helped me on my first visit and was super friendly. The West Saint Paul location may no longer be my primary bank.

This USBank is extremely slow. I'm waiting to make a simple deposit using the drive up window and I've been waiting over 10 minutes. I also watched someone park, walk inside, and leave before I was even helped. Do not bank at this location if you are in a rush.
