Guaranty Bank locations are inside stores, such as Rainbow. This can be helpful, because I can shop and bank both more conveniently. When I walk into Rainbow the sign says "Open 7 Days." They're closed Sundays. A checking account has $0 minimum balance, so I can use my money as I need it, but it only comes with a debit card. It's good for cashing checks or set up direct deposit. Any checks I want; printing, cashiers checks, or money orders; I must pay for. If I want a paper statements, I'm charged a fee. Their website is great!

Bank didn't protect my account against fraud. Takes 15 to 20 minutes to get through their backwards 800 number menus. Their 'extra security ' is beyond ridiculous from the CUSTOMER perspective! I'm leaving this bank, any other bank will do!. I asked for a simple service, two weeks later, I'm still waiting!!! What a way to send customers away!!!
