Came to close our account, told we had to wait for one gentleman to finish with another client, that only he could do it. After waiting 25 minutes, a girl who was there the entire time said she could do it. Also, they refused to allow us to withdraw cash prior to closing, insisting we could only have a check at closing. Snide tellers, wasted time.
