Even though it's an intimidating process, Jerry explains what's gonna happen and keeps the mood light. Everything seems to flow smoothly and makes me wish that all government offices is as good as them. It took as 4 hrs to get there but I can definitely say that Jerry is worth the travel. I wish every office has a Jerry.

It was our second time going there and we can't wait to go back again just to see Jerry. We've waited for almost an hour, but Jerry made the time fly and made us more confident before the interview.

We have had to make the trek here a couple of times for my husband's immigration process. Each time, the employees have made an otherwise stressful experience very pleasant. Other government employees should take notes from Jerry. Such a nice gentleman! :)
