I have traded there several times, I specifically asked for my shirt sleeves to be creased Everytime I take shirts there. They told me they noted my wants on my account. Everytime I take shirts there they never crease my sleeves and all they can say is Sorry Sir, there's nothing we can do. I will not be going back. Pay for a service and they can't even get it right! Wow!!!

Certainly not the best in town. And there are quite a few other options to look at. A tip I would offer is don't leave anything in your suit coat pockets you hope to get back. (i.e. Pocket squares etc.)

Ruined my dress and blamed it on the manufacturer after initially trying to blame me. I wore the dress once and never attempted to take it elsewhere. I dropped off 4 items when I came to pick them up, they only gave me 2 saying the others were lost. They never contacted me again. I had to call them, which is when I was told one item was found and the other was damaged. They found ONE person who didn't say if she washed or dry cleaned the dress to say the colors bled and blamed it on the manufacturer. They didn't even offer a refund! I was initially told they would take care of it and replace the dress but after they found out it's a $300 dress they reneged. They used to be good but they are terrible now, constantly loosing items. If it hadn't been for my husband's honesty he could've taken home someone else's clothes since they gave them to him when he picked up my ruined dress and blouse!

RUDE AND RACIST!!!!! I was standing in line, fourth person behind the counter with two people behind me; a girl (white) working there bypassed me and approached a man (white) at the door and asked him if he had a ticket, so I asked her if she would get mine as well, which she obliged. BUT WHY WOULDN'T YOU GO IN ORDER TO ASK PEOPLE IN LINE IF THEY HAD PICK-UPS?! But she wasn't the worst; Amy at the counter takes the cake. I dropped off clothing and HANDED her my card to pay. She put it on the counter. I asked her very politely to hand me the card, as I handed it to her and she got an attitude with me. She handed me the card but gave me a dirty look while speaking to me like I was mentally disabled. She concluded the transaction by slamming down the credit card receipt and throwing the pen in my general direction. Later I called to speak to a manager and she answered the phone and screamed at me about making a big deal out of nothing before hanging up. NOT ANOTHER CENT OF MY MONEY WILL GO TO THIS CLEANERS!
