Terrible service. I went to wash my bed linen and blankets. I load up a triple loader and with 6 min left it says unbalanced. I ask attendant what to do and she says wait it out. I tell her I have waited over 30 mins and you have no signs up warning customers of this lock feature on the big washers. So finally after I have to get upset and yell she says she will call her owner. 20min pass and bam he comes and gets it open!!!!!WTF Why didnt she call him right away her answer was well most people wait. Well Im not most people I work and have a life with things to do. Not to mention one of her regular customers started screaming at me. Mind your business, she threatens to call cops. What a terrible run facilty. All my business will go to self service laundry and I will tell the residents from the Apt Community I manage never to go to Wash tub. Self Service is friendlier and knowledgeable.

if you have to use a laundromat this place has washers that work and staff that fixes issues.
