I called the homeland security office to inquire about some travel documents, and they had difficulty getting me to the Galveston office. After explaining what I needed, the operator transferred me to the Conroe location so that I could ask my question (she stated that it could be answered at any location). Officer DeLeon was rude and condescending. He did not allow me to get a word in edgewise and ended up arguing with me over something that I was not calling about to begin with. When I asked to speak to a superior, he then started telling me he was a one man show, and then started arguing with me when I asked who I could call to complain to. HORRIBLE customer service.

Wretched people who cannot do anything with a semblance of competence.  One star is too generous for these people.
