Organized, extremely helpful,prompt, kind staff, online website convenient. Discreet. Workers do go out of their way to help families in need. Very great system and exceptional communication. 

Florida Department of Children and families really need to take notes. Very rude staff there, make you feel guilty and bad about your situation. And make you wait weeks on end for mail. You can't contact them over the phone its extremely difficult to speak with anyone or even speak to anyone in person at DCF. Very sad....

I have been on hold for 1hour 45 minutes to be told to​ call 211. I have called 211 the first lady was and Angel, but when she transferred me to a case manager to get my interview for emergency food stamps the system didn't recognize my zip and disconnected the call. I called back rt away and this lady was very sour and hateful. I'm not going blame her for my situation but she is there to help and I hope she gets a reality check

Unfortunately, I have to say the case worker was extremely rude and unprofessional, the people here should be helpful which I'm sure most of them are, but the case worker we had was so mean to my wife that she called me crying over the phone because she made her feel so bad about even being there, first off this is the first time I have ever ask the government for help, I don't want to put her name on here because that's just not what we do, my wife had some questions, and she told her no, that she cannot ask her anything question, and that she would be the only one asking the questions, and was picking up the phone calls she was getting and making remarks about how she was "DEALING!" with someone and that she only was still with my wife because she had last minute questions, and laughed. My wife is 8 months pregnant, it's very unfortunate that we couldn't get a good experience like the other reviews. Ma'am I hope you are reading this, YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED AND ASHAMED OF THE WAY YOU PRESENTED YOURSELF!! You should be happy you have a job, unlike other unfortunate people.
