In my experience, the staffs were reasonably friendly. But this place in general is very low quality in terms of service. I don't trust the doctors and staffs. Cheap, but not worth it

The first experience I had here was great.  However, the experience I had today was terrible.  The girls at the front desk were kind as always but when I saw Jennifer Dohnal NP that's where it all went down hill.  Maybe she was having a bad day but from the moment she walked in the room she looked annoyed.  She cut me off serval times when I talking to her.  She didn't seem to care about the symptoms I was describing and her overall attitude was just poor.  She very reluctantly answered the few questions I had and rushed me out of the door as fast as she could.  The experience will definitely make me thing twice before going back.  If you do decide to take your medical issues here make sure that you DO NOT SEE JENNIFER DOHNAL NP
