Went in today for a scheduled appointment/consultation for international travel vaccines. When I made the appointment over the phone for 11:00am I explained that I had to work later that day and would need to be heading to work by 12:30pm and specifically asked if an hour and a half would be enough time for the appointment. I was assured it would be more than enough time. I checked in at exactly 11:00 am and filled out docs/paperwork. Then I sat in the lobby for an hour and a half for a SCHEDULED appointment. Just before 12:30pm I went up to the desk and explained I needed to leave for work in 10 minutes. The admin at the desk was polite and apologetic and explained that the reason my wait had been so long was that they had had work related injuries and those legally take priority over walk in's and appointments. I understand. I get it. But maybe give a courtesy call to customers before their appointment to be proactive and explain that the office is experiencing abnormal wait times so I don't have to make the 45 minute drive a complete waste of time. Or here's an idea MAYBE GIVE ME THE HEADS UP WHEN I CHECK IN THAT THE WAIT COULD BE LONGER THAN EXPECTED. MAYBE JUST ASK ME HOW MUCH TIME I HAVE TO WORK WITH? If they had done that I would have thanked them for being so professional and communicative and rescheduled rather than sit in that office being exposed to who knows what with all the sick patients for an HOUR AND A HALF FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

This is ridiculous. I was there for a pre-employment appointment. Firstly, I was there for a 2 hour appointment that had me there for over 6 hours. This was a fasting appointment because of the blood work that needed to get done, so I had not eaten in over 18 hours when it was all said and done because I had to not eat 8 hrs before the appointment which would have been dinner the previous night. Then, after all that waiting in the waiting room, the blood work that they got from me was sent off to the wrong place and now I have to wait even longer to get hired. Thank a lot. Oh, and I got sick for a week after visiting this place, do not go here.

Been here 2 hours waiting for my DOT appt. 12 people come and go in that time, they say they are waiting on rooms to open up. Same disappointment as last year and this place ahouldnot be in business. They have a mission on the board that describes values, vision and dignity. They have missed all of these goals. OK finally seen by the nurses and then the Doctor, they don't bother to look at the letters from family doctor stating I have "white coat" syndrome and hate doctor's offices so I have blood pressure issues, they insist on getting my blood pressure down and still don't look at my documentation, I could go on but why. They are a joke
