I had a wonderful experience seeing Chad S. for my back. He was very thorough when explaining my x-rays but made it very easy to understand. After that he listed my options and gave me home exercise I could do and nonnarcotic medications to manage inflammation. There was zero pressure for other exams or studies and 100% empathy and honesty. So far, I have been mostly pain free ever since. Thank you Proliance!

I've been to this office for two different problems. Both times I thought for sure I would need surgery. I first saw Dr. Chilczuk, I was having severe pain in my neck and numbness radiating down my arm. I ended up getting an injections and haven't had a problem in 8 years! Just recently I went in for a shoulder problems which occurred on a kayaking trip. This time I was sure I was going to have surgery. Dr. Arntz and his team were able to take care of me with just an injection and some at home exercises. I also have to say I have been very happy with the ancillary staff in this clinic. They all seem to have a happy, professional attitude.

I was referred here by my doctor. I have two herniated discs that were a result of an auto accident. My procedures are all paid by my car insurance. This office refused to see me unless I put an out of pocket $250 down. The woman on the phone was rude and stated that it is office policy and a down payment is required for visits related to an auto accident. I expressed to the woman that because of my accident I was on leave without pay from work and I could not afford to pay $250 at this time, her response was to try somewhere else. This place obviously has no compassion for the injured and is only out to get money.

Dr Barrett was recommended to me by a long-time friend who is also an orthopedic surgeon. That in itself is a very high compliment. My experience from beginning to end has been outstanding. Dr Barrett and his staff are truly the best in the state, if not wider than that. He is one of the most experienced surgeons performing the anterior approach for total hip replacement, which is more difficult for the surgeon but much better for the patient. I am only 51 and an active retina surgeon, so it was very critical to me to have a rapid recovery and the best surgeon and team available. You will be very fortunate if you have Dr Barrett as your surgeon. I am back doing surgery two weeks after my own surgery.

I had a very positive appointment with Shane this afternoon. He explained exactly my problem to me and I left there with the knowledge that with stretching faithfully on a regular basis, I could turn this problem around. Great attitude too, not at all condescending to an older person. Thank you so much, Shane.
