Today I had a great experience at US Medical Group in Pomona. Once I filled out all the information it only took twenty minutes to be taken to an exam room. The doctor came in five minutes later and wrote me a percription. It was fast and easy!

I was really worried about visiting here after seeing the reviews, but couldn't be happier with my visit today!

I went there because I had difficulty hearing out of my right ear and needed to get it flushed out. The staff members were friendly and helpful, but Eva, the woman who took down my information and flushed my ear out was the BEST! She was gentle, caring and had me hearing clearly in minutes! She was great! Thanks, Eva!

Flat out terrible! The facility opens at 7:30 am. I was first in line and arrived by 7:10 am. It is now 7:53 and I have not received an update or any communication. This was after I completed my paperwork. When I asked what time the doctors arrive the front desk associate paused and acted as if I had no right to ask that question before responding with, "7:30, I guess they are caught in traffic and running late".

If I did not need my prescriptions for my transplant refilled I would've left. I'm here because of red tape with switching insurance carriers and United Healthcare not updating my primary care physician. This was my only alternative.

By the way a patient needed to pay his copay and only had a $20 and they couldn't change it.

Lots of staff....their just not doing anything.  They're just bilking their clients who use them for work claims.
