The staff here is always very nice and courteous. They do their best to be efficient. Best of all, Korra (my Dachshund/Chihuahua mix) isn't afraid of anyone there. As long as she's happy being there, I'm happy!

When an abscess burst on one of my minions and their primary wasn't able to see him, my housemate called up her vet and they were able to see them right away. The vet that he saw was courteous and kind enough to walk us through what happened, how it happened, and what steps were necessary. Overall, it was a great experience and I can happily say that the little minion is all healed and back to normal.

We've been taking our dogs here for a few years now! Not only is it convenient since we live in the neighborhood, but they staff is excellent! They are so compassionate and you can tell they really care about their jobs and the pets. I brought one of our dogs in today just for some blood work and his harness happened to snap while I was in there. He's absolutely terrified of going to the vet and always has been, so its usually a little stressful to bring him. Not only do they make me feel at ease even when he's panicked, but one of the wonderful women who work there found an extra harness so I wouldn't have to walk him home on his collar.

Nice staff. Always very helpful and not pushy with optional procedures to do on your animals. We have taken our animals for the last 20 years here.
