Went to the office on a Wednesday 9:15am to do a name change and was out before 10am. There was one couple on the way out and one in front of me.

Why have business hours if you are not going to follow them? 3 times now I've waited an hour for the door to open during regular business hours and no one was working. Your not open that much out of the week so why do you lock your doors during your posted open hours?
