I checked the web site to see that on Friday, the office is open until 2. Well, I was there in the morning to find out I needed more info filled out. Fine, no problem. I ran around to get needed info. I went back at 12:45 to find the office already closed. I thought that maybe they were just closed for lunch, so I waited until like 1:10...still closed. There were several others waiting and equally frustrated. Some came from Ray, ND to turn around and go back without doing business. No explanation on the door as to why they were closed.
I thought it was very unprofessional and frustrating.

I've lived all over the US and this is by far the easiest, quickest, most accommodating DMV I've ever used.   Bad parking?   Please...   park on the street.  Rude?  Have your paperwork in order and understand they have rules they must follow.    They were friendly and efficient in my experience!

Was in and out in under 15minutes on a Friday morning for a title transfer.  There was only 1 person ahead of me so that's probably why.  The admin gal was very nice to explain everything that was needed.

Slow,slow,slow. One pace, Take a number no one reads the signs and just walks up. U can't get seen. I will drive to minot where they r rude but get seen in a timely manner.. unbelievable..

Goofy lil spot they got there... but, fast and friendly service & free WiFi =D that's always a plus.
