I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! My WHOLE HOUSE.... ALL OF MY BELONGINGS....have been in here for over a year and they work with me every month. The last year has been very rough for my family and they have always been very understanding and worked with us when we have needed help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!! Very good people!!!!

Is there a -1 star option? How about I lost a $650 job on 7/30/17 because I couldn't get my utility trailer from this facility!! The gate wasn't working (there were three other tenants who had tried to gain access prior to my arrival to no avail) and I live in downtown Jacksonville, driving a V8. I was on a time sensitive task and I needed my trailer to haul refuse. I left 6 voice mail messages with no response till the next day when it was obviously too late as I had been fired for being unable to deliver services I had promised a client. The staff at this location said the gate didn't work because of a power outage, and was reluctant and did not show any empathy for my predicament. I had just given them $115 3 days prior as I was a new tenant. No offering to give me a partial refund or discount towards next month's rent....NOTHING!! They said, "we're not God and have no control over the weather..", and though I believe this to be true....I also believe they should have had some system(s) in place that would not render their "24hour access" claim fruitless during/after inclimate weather🤔. Needless to say...I lost $650 plus the $115 and my, somewhat , peace of mind due to the aggravation and frustration of being a new tenant. They got over on me, and may it be repaid to them 7 times over. I wouldn't recommend this business/location to anyone. Rent at your own risk....just dont expect to gain "access 24hours" while it's raining. SMGDH!!

Very friendly, and helpful even from before I moved from another place. They always check to make sure clients are happy and " really" send out emails to clients every month, unlike prior units I have had. No complaint here

Not speaking for any other U-Stor facility, the Mandarin (Jacksonville, Florida) business is staffed by attentive people who provide good service, responsive to your questions or concerns. The site is well monitored and secure, and storage space is available in a variety of sizes, at good prices, and , in a variety of sizes, and the units are available 24 hours a day. You literally could not ask for anything more secure or better.

Being on disability, i get pd on the 3rd.. my payment being due on the 2nd means i pay an extra $10 a month for rent.., they will not work with me on the payment schedule.. this company will charge extras on xtras once they have your stuff, and today, 10 days late, they have cut off my lock , and are charging an xtra $50 bucks before i can re-enter the premises.. if you are disabled and have a hard time getting around, and no-one around that can help you.. dont go here.. the personnel WILL NOT work with you for any reason.. your property becomes hostage.. this month i will pay , hopefully in the next few days, and i will find somewhere else to store my property....
