Went in with iPhone problem ended up being something very simple. They fixed it in 2 minutes. Very professional and great customer service.

Oh my goodness...literally they saved me! My phone died,  I didn't know the charger port was shot. It was time to buy a new phone. I bought it, came to this store and the store manager Ian ROCKED ! He transferred everything to my new phone. Those who thought they lost years of pictures get what I mean.vome check out this awesome  Samsung repair center and can fix anything with a power buyton...yes i- phones too.

I've had my iPhone 6 for about 3 years with perfect battery. Once I upgraded to iOS 11, my phone would die at any percent it felt like I had to keep it charge while in use every day. Recently I got a new phone but my dad needed an iPhone so we came here and paid a pretty reasonable price to fix it and now the battery is perfect once again. Excellent service and only took about an hour in total.

Took my phone in with broken pin in charger port. Ian, the store manager, dealt with my service request. Ian had already sent me an voice mail and text regarding the estimate for repair. Unfortunately, I couldn't his messages, dead phone😢 The good thing is I got to meet Ian! He was very honest about the pros and cons of fixing the phone and couldn't guarantee the problem would not recur. We talked about different type of replacement phones, he referred me to his favorite retailer, and told me I could call him from the store if I needed additional information about any phone I was considering buying. He's very knowledgeable and I trusted his opinions. In the end, he wouldn't allow me to pay him for his time. Ian is awesome, I would take any repair to him! RIP MotoG😈....
