Staff is NOT consistently knowledgeable like they used to be several years ago. This is a general observation of all Best Buy stores rather than just this one. They are an ok place for big electronics... TVs mostly... but most other products are better purchased at other places.

Everyone here is honestly extremely helpful and are there to provide any questions no matter how many you have to the best of their abilities and if they don't know they're kind enough to literally bring you to someone who does. Idk if they're are bad reviews her but this is the best, Best buy in ocoee by my opinion. They also sell candy books and full of products but call to talk about a specific item to know if they sell it.

Customer service can be better and they should even train or inform the staff more on the products they're selling. Overall it's an okay place to buy electronics.

Shop was good staff very good but I had bought a phone there a few weeks previous and the charger wasn't working so I went to shop they referred me to manufacturer who said I must take a charge on my card for a new phone and they will send me a brand new one then when they receive used phone they will release charge in my card. Also think of aggravation of replacing phone apps etc for a charger

Usually (90%+/-)very helpful staff. Customer service is very good and resolves issues fairly and quickly.
