Todd and the boys are the best. I am a serious musician and this is where I go to for quality products and the best service. I recently bought a special keyboard from them and had trouble getting it registered online. Todd immediately gave me his undivided attention and  went through the steps with me to get it done. This is why I shop local for my music needs and why I come to Guitars Etc.

I came to Guitars etc in search of a very specific sounding guitar. Todd was a very patient subject matter expert. He took a lot of time to answer difficult technical questions, and clarify potentially expensive misconceptions. Todd enabled me to buy my dream guitar with confidence and at an incredible price!

Being new to an area is always hard especially when you have kids!  We needed to find a new piano instructor for one of our kids.  From the moment we walked into the store, the staff were helpful and friendly.  We set up a trial lesson with Kelli and it went great.  I wanted our son to have a choice of instructors.  So, we tried a few other places... We ended up with right back here... Kelli is amazing.. she is patient, kind and thorough!  Our son loves Kelli!!  Thank you Guitars Etc!!

Very friendly staff.  We had an emergency where we needed our son's viola repaired before a big concert and the staff went out of their way to help us.  The repair looks great.
