Please explain to me how is it acceptable to have an event on a normal school day, allow the guests to park in C parking spaces and leaving students who have classes without a parking space. I came 30 minutes early to school and still managed to miss quiz and a lecture by the time I drove around all the parking lots and still had to park on the outskirts of UC Davis, alll the way next to highway 80.

When this place gets packed (which is most days) the employees move with no sense of urgency to try to move the line faster. I have spent an hour waiting in line, so clear your schedule if you need to go here. DO NOT go before a class unless you are ok with having to miss that class. I do not understand why all permits (like L permits) cannot be applied for and purchased on line.

Here's the thing, you pay $450 a year for parking and you don't get parking. SIMPLE. Thank you TAPS!!!

Today is a day to remember - it was my last day ever going to TAPS. It was a typical TAPS-experience. A long line of disgruntled people streamed out the door, while two miserable employees slowly handled each patron. When it was my turn, I greeted the employee behind the glass with a friendly "hello!" As expected with TAPS, she responded by ignoring my existence and working on her computer for five minutes until she finally acknowledged that I wasn't there to just hang out. I was there to return my easy-park device, and retrieve my deposit. Without telling me, she refused to refund the remainder of the money on my device, simply saying that unless it was more than $15, TAPS got to keep it. Standard. Frankly, it just would not have felt like a true TAPS experience unless I got ripped off, which I did. Here's what you can expect from TAPS: you will waste at least 45 minutes, you will be treated with no respect or dignity, and you will be robbed.

I can't see the end. We have been in line for days. People have died for this. Send help. I just wanted to park my bike for the summer. What is this hell.
