I am not one to leave reviews, however, I am so fed up with this medical group. The staff there is not transparent with costs of the visit: they outsource lab specimens, over charge for small things such as wrist splints and mostly THEY LACK COMMUNICATION with pharmacies. I have to continuously call both express scripts and the doctors office to confirm that they are sending over the CORRECT RX. Also, you can expect to wait 40+ minutes to see your doctor, even though you have an appointment. My advice would be to find somewhere else to see your MD.

Customer service is great. But they do not do walk ins for urgent care during the week. That is not only very inconvenient but it's also hard to get things together w children. ( things can happen so last min)

I've been seeing Dr. Garvey for the past 18 years and she is one the best doctors I've had. Dr. Garvey is very attentive, thorough and empathetic. She is persistent to find the correct diagnosis.

This is the worst organized office ever. I had an appt at 10:45 am and they knew I was leaving out of the country that night for 5 weeks. They called me around 9am to say the Dr had an emergency and if I could reschedule. They squeezed me into another Drs. schedule (dr fang) at 3:30 that same day. When I got there I waited over an hour and finally at 4:30pm I asked how much longer it would be as I had to leave to the airport at 6 and still fillmy orescription. They said they still had no idea how much longer it would be and that it would still be a wait. I finally just had to leave because I would've missed my flight. So now I have no prescriptions for over 5 weeks while I'm out of the country. Also, my dad who was here visiting me was waiting in the parking lot the whole time so I wasted an hour of my last afternoon here in the states and with him. They should've let me know how far behind they were running. Careless and inconsiderate staff.

Dr Lin is my savior (don't see her, I won't be able to get appointments then) and truthfully, I have had only good experiences with the other MDs I've seen and believe you are in good hands with any of them. Office staff and medical staff are great, attentive, kind and considerate. This office brings back the fond memories of medicine when medical people actually cared about their patients and spent the time to serve their medical needs.
