Had great luck stumbling upon Udon today just before it opened. Luckily I had an amazing host & server Luis who got me seated right away, appetizers and a great lunch just in time for me to get to my appointment. Thankful he didn’t turn me away and for his excellent service. The food was as good as it smelled and the music outside was great. Would definitely eat here again!!!
I was in Miami for a couple of days with my boyfriend and we were supposed to go to a different place but ended up here. We found the place we originally were going to only served beverages so I just looked to see what was in the area and we decided on this place. Our servers name was Luis and he was very helpful helping us decide on options and just great overall. We ordered the pork potstickers, rock shrimp tempura and the surfing mixed roll combo as our appetizer. The sushi was out of this world. I feel I’ve had some pretty amazing sushi but this was something else. What’s even more interesting is they only have about 3 rolls on their menu and the surf combo was a few pieces of all the 3 options. The sushi isn’t even the star of the show at this place but it was the best thing we had by far. It was incredibly fresh. We still can’t stop talking about it a week later lol. The presentation was awesome, the sushi came served on a surf board on top of a sculpture. My boyfriend got the curry ramen and I got chicken pad Thai. Again, everything was fresh and the flavor of it all was great. We only got water for drinks but for all of the food we got, it came out to about $120 without tip. A complete steal in my eyes for the level of great service and amazing food we got. My boyfriend and I both said we would come back to Miami JUST to come to this restaurant again. It was that good!
I love this place. The service is always amazing and the food 10/10. It’s been consistently amazing and my friends and I have been coming since it opened. Their noodles are just unparalleled. Today I came with a friend for his birthday and our server, Reuben, really went above and beyond for us. He really helped make this birthday meal special through his energy, attentiveness, and advice. Will be coming back!
I’ve been to Udon several times and it NEVER misses! Luis has been my server a few times and he’s always great. The food is always delicious and well-made. The restaurant is always clean and has a cute ramen bar. Plus, the parking isn’t bad 85% of the time. Fav ramen place by far!!Food: 5/5
My server Reuben was great! Happy hour is a great price and having a look at the dinner menu the prices seemed fair! They give you a shot of sake with the bill so cute and fun!! I love eating here. Beautiful atmosphere, great dj, awesome service, fantastic food. I love the tuna crispy rice and their special fried rice. Some of the best plates that I've eaten. Their cheesecake is to die for, its beautifully decorated, and the taste is original, like no other. My gf's favorite dish is the shrimp pad Thai. So yummy, sweet, spicy, and crunchy! Honestly, I love everything that I eat here. Thank you for the amazing sake mojito! I will definitely be returning to eat and drink.
