Outstanding..my cat was having breathing problems and they were able to see him right away. The fee for exam and medication was very reasonable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Informative and upfront about cost.  Complementary coffee. Pre-register online!  Be prepared to wait.

Had to take my 15 year old Chihuahua last night after a mishap with one of our larger dogs.  All the staff were concerned, kind and caring.  As a sat in the waiting room I saw 10 other people bring their fur babies in for treatment and received the same compassion.   My dog was treated, received medication and is doing much better!  All treatment was explained to me prior to, and costs were provided to me as well.  The doctor was caring and explained everything to me completely.   The nurse was excellent!  I highly recommend this facility.

My tiny chihuahua was having multiple seizures. They were wonderful with her. She stayed the night and got excellent care. She is now on meds and doing fine. The cost was fair and the staff was wonderful.

Had an "after hours" emergency with our 11mo old aussie puppy while travelling near Ocala and lucked up on UF Pet. Everyone was awesome! I was impressed that they were familiar with a genetic issue typical of the breed that makes giving common meds tricky. They knew exactly what I was talking about as soon as I mentioned it and assured me they would stay away from problem meds just in case. I felt at ease right away. Bonus...they were incredibly reasonably priced and did not try to talk us into unnecessary services. We very much appreciated that especially since we were on our way to Disney. Grateful.
