This gym is very unprofessional when you want to cancel your membership. They double charged the membership fee after I signed the cancellation paper. However, my sister's case is far worse than mine. After my sister signed the cancellation paper in April 2017, the next month, which is May, they kept charging the membership fee, but they refunded after a couple of days. So, she thought that it was a mistake, then she let it go.Until two months later when my sister checks her bank account, she found out that the UFC gym at cypress kept charging the fee. She tried to call and contact the gym through email and making phone call, but no one in the gym picked the phone or replied her email to solve this. Therefore, to protect herself, she had to call the bank to block the upcoming fee from the gym. When they could not charge my sister's money through her bank account, they gave to the debt collector to ask my sister to pay the gym which is the reason why I have to write this review. To be honest, i think this act of UFC gym at cypress is rip-off. I recommend you guys not to join this gym. I believe this is not their first time doing some stuff like this. The workout is great, but this kind of exercise is very common that you can find any gym in Orange County.  I wrote this review for you guys to be caution when joining this gym because I don't want anyone to lose money like my sister or me.

Great place and great coaches. Love the environment and good vibes. Very convient for me since my work place is literally a 30 second walk to this gym. They also deliver results if you're trying to lose weight.

Amazing workouts. The classes here are the best. What a great concept and layout. The trainers are very attentive and motivating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I have Been a member for 1 1/2 years.  Great motivating place to work out. They have great coaches and staff and it's always a challenging work out.
