I'd like to start out saying that Mike Andersen is the best sales person there! He went above and beyond to help me as I was an out-of-state purchaser. He worked with me for a month until I could get over there to purchase the car. I am in LOVE with my new car. I am NOT in love with the people behind the scenes. It took just shy of a month to get my paperwork and title. The gentleman doing financing told us he would send the papers that week. I paid cash and don't understand why it: A. Took close to 2 hours of waiting to do all of the actual purchase paperwork. B. Why it took 5 calls to figure out where my paperwork was. Not getting that delayed me getting my plates. I was close to the end of my 30 days. Super disappointed by the people in charge of the paperwork but VERY happy with Mike, my sales person. The car is in excellent condition and I am super happy with my purchase overall!

Best car buying experience EVER I have had. I would recommend Brad Cecil to ALL my friends and family as well as people I don't know. He was just super to work with-I instantly felt comfortable (none of that high pressure over the top sales stuff) Very easy to talk to. The finance process was incredibly streamlined as well. AND besides that I had to buy a vehicle in the dead of winter-(super scary because I have to drive on country roads to get to work) Its been 2 weeks of snow and ice and my Subaru Forester is doing awesome! 100%happy.

I am extremely particular when it comes purchasing a new car. In the past, I have always purchased from private sellers. I had been looking for the right vehicle for several months, and I finally found it listed for sale at Uftring in East Peoria on cars.com. I emailed on a Sunday, and received an immediate follow-up. The internet coordinator called me first thing Monday, and put me in touch with the sales department. Mike Andersen did a great job assisting me through the entire process. He even coordinated with the service department to get the vehicle on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage. Also, I received a very fair price for my trade. My overall buying experience at Uftring was above and beyond any of my expectations. I got the car I wanted, and I got to meet some really nice people during the process! Thank You Uftring!!!

I recently purchased our family’s second car from Rod Applegare at Uftring. When it was time to buy no need to shop because we’ve been treated so well on our first car. Rob and the staff are willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your purchase. The service is always done right and when promised. We first purchased from Rob a few years back when he was learning the Subaru product and now he is very knowledgeable. This recent car was for our son and Rob sat in the car with him and demonstrated every single button and switch to make sure he was comfortable. Thanks for the wonderful experience!!!

Called John Applen stating what we might be interested as to a new car. He returned our call and we met with him--he had a car available outside for us to preview then inside more discussion and decided we would like to update and within a short time John had another vehicle to view. This is the second automobile purchased from Uftring---both times were good experiences especially this time with John being accommodating to my husband who is dealing with health problems. My husband also has enjoyed bantering with Jeremy in the service dept--Jeremy also is extremely kind and helpful. And Barry leaves a wonderful message!!
