Please pick up your phone during your business hours! Also the "hours" on your official website should be updated since it is clearly not 9AM - 10PM! It appears to be 10AM - 8PM from the voicemail (during the numerous times I unfortunately cycled through in vain through the switchboard). Very problematic if I'm trying to get in touch with you and no one is there to answer a simple question. Aside from the major disjoint in the overall UGG brand (in short their online customer service support is little to non-existent aside from Facebook messenger, which takes hours in between responses), I was pleasantly surprised by the in-store service. I mentally prepared myself for extreme rudeness and apathy from previous Yelpers' descriptions. My SO and I popped over to this small standalone store on Newbury and took a quick look around hoping that maybe there was some shred of hope that someone at the store could resolve my corrupted gift card issue. They don't seem to have extensive inventory of all the shoes featured online, but hey Boston rent ain't cheap right? I ordered 2 pairs of boots online 1 for my SO and 1 for myself along with a leather cleaning kit. Unfortunately the boots didn't fit (seems to run small) so I dreaded dragging myself back here to make the exchange/return. It took me hours to even get a hold of someone on the phone to confirm that I could return an online order. The online messages exchanged with their Facebook left me in the dark of the store's policy/discretion to exchange or refund products purchased. Surprisingly I was able to get a hold of someone immediately to help me find replacement shoes to try on and put my return on hold for the exchange. I waffled between a snug 6.5 and comfier 7, and decided to go with the 6.5 due to how bulbous the 7 made my feet look! The manager needed to authorize the online exchange and thankfully he didn't give me any grief about the transaction. I also exchanged the leather kit for a suede cleaning kit. The new boots were actually slightly less expensive than the ones I ordered online with a gift card so I had a remaining credit due to me of $3 and change. He cashed it out for me instead of giving me a minuscule gift card. I appreciate the gesture after all of the backend struggles I faced with the UGG online customer service. If only we could have concluded a happy ending there... Sadly the shrink wrapped suede cleaning kit erupted on my journey home taking the T. (I swear I am cursed with this brand!) Once I peeled away the shrink wrap, it unleashed a torrent sticky liquids and the stench of concentrated cleaning solution. I had to remove everything from the box and wipe down with a paper towel. Now you may be asking, why didn't you just exchange it? Honey... you don't know how many correspondences I've had with them already! I'll just deal with this minor set back to spare myself any additional frustrations. Anyway the overall in-store experience was pleasant. Perhaps the store turned over to better staff? Nothing for me to complain about with my interactions with them, since they were fairly helpful and understanding of my situation.

I am giving a positive review because of the manager at this particular location. After a half hour of trying on boots, I went all the way home to find mismatched sizes in the box. I was annoyed that I had to go back to the store. The manager (didn't catch his name) listened to what I had to say, was super apologetic, and quickly made the appropriate switch. His helpfulness and calm demeanor were both greatly appreciated. He handled the situation really well, and I felt it warranted a good review.

Not happy with the service here. Staffs are awful and they are very very bad. Would feel much better off getting the boots somewhere else. Not happy at all! Going to be my last time buying here.
